Welcome to the retired web page of Fred Creutzmann, M.D. (Dr. C) and my lovely little, now closed, practice in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility in Carrollton Texas.I have practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Carrollton for 30 years now and delivered thousands of babies and given care to 10s of thousands of women, but I have decided to retire. I will truly miss my patients and feel a loss at those I will now not be able to serve.My Ob-Gyn office was at Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton where I strived to provide my patients with knowledge and to have an open discourse to assist them with there health decisions.Thank you to all my patients in Carrollton, Plano, Lewisville, The Colony and Farmers Branch for the opportunity to care for you through the years. I transferred my active OB paatients to Dr. Louis Montanaro, Dr. Wei Zhang and Dr. Paul Meggs, but you may follow up with any Ob-Gyn doctor and I will forward your records to them.
I have always done this site all by myself as a hobby, so it reflects a bit of me in its design and content.
